4. Listing Guidelines
All pet listings must:
- Include accurate photos of the actual pet
- Provide truthful descriptions of health, age, and temperament
- Specify a fair and honest price
- Include valid contact information
- Comply with animal welfare standards
5. Shop Orders & Delivery
For orders placed through our shop:
- Minimum order value applies for delivery
- Delivery charges are clearly stated at checkout
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders
- Refunds are processed as per our return policy
6. Intellectual Property
All content on AzzamPets.pk, including logos, text, graphics, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

- That listings will result in successful transactions

8. Limitation of Liability
AzzamPets.pk acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
- Quality, health, or condition of animals sold through the platform
- Financial losses resulting from transactions
- Damages arising from platform use or inability to use
