What is AzzamPets.pk?
AzzamPets.pk is Pakistan's premier online platform for buying and selling pets. We also offer an official shop for pet food, accessories, and health products with nationwide delivery via TCS.
Is it free to use?
Yes! Creating an account and posting pet ads is completely free. There are no hidden charges for listings.
Account & Registration
How do I create an account?
Click "Join Now" in the navigation menu, enter your full name, phone number, and password. That's it! You'll be logged in automatically.
What if I forget my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, enter your phone number, and you'll receive a reset token. Enter the token along with your new password to regain access.
Posting Pet Ads
How do I post a pet ad?
After logging in, click "My Ads" "Post New Ad". Fill in your pet's details, upload photos, set a price, and submit. Your ad will be live immediately!
How long do ads stay active?
Ads remain active for 7 days by default. After that, they're marked as "expired" but can be renewed anytime from your "My Ads" dashboard. Just click "Renew Ad".
Can I edit my ad after posting?
Currently, you cannot edit ads directly. However, you can delete the old ad and post a new one with updated information.
What happens when my pet is sold?
Click "Mark as Sold" on your ad. This removes it from active listings and notifies potential buyers that the pet is no longer available.
Buying Pets
How do I contact a seller?
Click on any pet listing to view full details. The seller's phone number is displayed prominently. Call or message them directly to arrange a meeting or ask questions.
Are pets verified?
Listings with a green " Verified" badge have been reviewed by our team. However, we still recommend meeting the pet in person and asking for health certificates before purchasing.
What should I check before buying?
Always meet the pet in person, check health certificates, verify vaccination records, and ensure the pet matches the description in the ad. Never pay in advance without seeing the animal.
Our Shop & Delivery
What is the minimum order for delivery?
The minimum order amount is Rs. 1,000. Orders below this threshold cannot be delivered.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary by province and are calculated via TCS rates at checkout. The exact charge is shown when you select your city.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours. You'll be contacted on your registered phone number to confirm delivery timing.
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are clearly marked in the shop. You can check back later or contact us to inquire about restocking timelines.

How do I report a suspicious ad?
Contact us immediately via the Contact Us page with details about the suspicious listing. We'll investigate and take appropriate action.
